The Great Places to Work 2021 employee survey is now LIVE!

Last year we placed #2 on the Best Places to Work in Aging Services list, and with your feedback, we hope to once again be topping the list!

The COMPLETELY CONFIDENTIAL survey is conducted by a 3rd party; your allSTARs login is just to ensure that each employee only completes one survey. Your responses cannot be tied back to you individually.

As you may remember from last year’s survey, they ask quite a few demographic, personal questions. This information is collected in order to determine whether we are a great place to work for all employees, regardless of race, religion, age, or other personal factors. The information is never shared with us.

Survey questions pertaining to “management” refer to your direct supervisor. Your responses, along with the 360 review process, will help all of our leaders improve.
